Method of preparation

Beat eggs, add sour cream, ghee, salt, add flour, mix into a homogeneous mass, put in a cold place. Boil mushrooms, finely chop mushrooms and onions, fry them in a pan in oil, add salt, pepper, finely chopped greens. Roll the prepared dough into a thin layer, cut out circles with a glass, grease the edges with a beaten egg. Put a spoonful of filling in the middle of each mug, pinch the edges.
