Ingredients “Mimosa” salad

Method of preparation

Lay on a large oval or round dish in layers: 1 layer – chop 6 proteins 2 layer – grated cheese on a fine grater 3 layer – mayonnaise 4 layer – finely chopped onions 5 layer – grated butter on a fine grater 6 layer – mayonnaise 7 layer – salmon chopped layer 8 – mayonnaise 9 layer – peeled apples grated on a coarse grater 10 layer – mayonnaise 11 layer – chopped yolks (or chopped with a fork) sprinkle on top. Put the dish in a cool place for a while (if possible, for 1-2 hours), then you can serve it on the table. Lay out on plates with a spatula, keeping the sequence of layers.
