Method of preparation

Grate the peeled pumpkin with shavings, put in a saucepan, cover with hot water and simmer under the lid until softened. Then add semolina, add salt, sugar and, stirring, heat until the semolina swells. Add milk, heat again. Sprinkle with cinnamon when serving.
