Method of preparation
Prepared mushrooms are cut into slices and allowed to simmer. Finely chopped peeled onions and sautéed in fat (5 g). Put potatoes, cut into slices, in boiling water, bring to a boil, add browned onions, stewed mushrooms, milk, cook until cooked. Salt is added 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, and the soup is seasoned with butter or margarine.
