Ingredients Lithuanian cold borscht

kefir 150.0 (gram)
beet 50.0 (gram)
chicken egg 0.5 (piece)
table salt 0.2 (teaspoon)
potatoes 2.0 (piece)
Method of preparation

Boil the beets in the skins, peel and cut into strips. Beat kefir with salt, add cooled boiled water and boiled beets, finely chopped dill and green onions. When serving, put a slice of boiled egg in a plate. Hot boiled potatoes are served as a side dish.
