Method of preparation

Beets, carrots are cut into slices, cabbage – in checkers, potatoes and tomatoes – in slices, onions – in half rings. Prepared carrots and onions are sautéed. The beans are boiled. Zucchini are peeled and seeds, cut into cubes and allowed to simmer. Beets are stewed with the addition of fat, broth, vinegar. Put cabbage in the boiling broth, bring to a boil, add potatoes and boil for 10-15 minutes, then add browned vegetables, stewed beets and cook until tender. 5-10 minutes before the end of cooking, put boiled beans, stewed zucchini, tomato slices, spices, salt. The borsch is seasoned with diced bacon, borscht is served with sour cream and herbs.
