‘Add 2 g lemon acid to the blueberry jelly in all three columns. Cranberries, or lingonberries, or blueberries, or currants, or cherries are sorted out, the stalks are removed and washed, the pits are removed from the cherries. Fruits and berries are rubbed. The juice is squeezed out and filtered. The pulp is poured with hot water (for 1 part of the pulp 5-6 parts of water), boiled at low boiling for 10-15 minutes and filtered. Sugar is added to the resulting broth (part of it is cooled and used to dilute the starch), sugar is added, brought to a boil and, while stirring, the prepared starch is immediately poured, brought to a boil again and squeezed juice is added. The starch is prepared as follows: it is diluted with chilled broth (for 1 part of starch 5 parts of broth) and filter. Cherry plum, or plum, or mirabelle (with removed pits), or gooseberries are boiled with a little water for 7-10 minutes, the broth is drained, the berries or fruits are rubbed. Add sugar, mashed potatoes to the broth, bring to a boil, add prepared starch and bring to a boil again. Ready jelly is poured into vases or glasses of 150-200 g (per serving).
