Method of preparation

Kievsky salad —————– Cut the prepared cabbage into thin strips, sprinkle with salt and grind. Peel and core fresh apples. Cut into strips and add to prepared cabbage. Dry, peel, chop the nuts. Grate Dutch cheese on a special (cheese) grater with small round eyes. Put mayonnaise, cinnamon in cabbage with apples, salt to taste. Season with sugar and citric acid. Stir and place in a salad bowl. Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts, grated cheese and garnish with boiled carrots, parsley and lettuce.
