In summer, children often ask for ketchup to accompany their grilled meats, their pasta and the portions of fries which they can enjoy from time to time. It’s hard not to give them this pleasure, the time of a moment of sharing and conviviality around the meal. Here is a really quick recipe to please children (and adults) while continuing to take care of their health.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of organic or ideally homemade tomato paste
- 70 g of xylitol – birch sugar with very low GI (in organic stores)
- 70 ml of apple cider vinegar
- 200 ml of water
- salt pepper
- Optional, for adults: the tip of a cayenne pepper knife.
Express preparation:
Pour all the ingredients into a blender and blend at maximum speed for 45 seconds. Adjust the seasoning and mix again for one minute. It’s already ready!
