Method of preparation
Sort out the lingonberries and put them in a colander. Dip it in boiling water for 2-3 minutes. Then lift up so that the water is glass. Grate apples, add sugar and mix with lingonberries. Knead unleavened dough from flour, eggs and water, divide into pieces, roll out. Put the filling in the middle, mold the dumplings and boil them in salted water. Serve with sour cream.
