Method of preparation

Rub boiled, dried potatoes hot through a sieve, add egg yolks, salt, pepper, ghee and whipped whites. Place the mass in a pastry bag. Place oblong or round portions of the mass on a greased baking sheet and bake in the oven. Serve with meat, poultry, fish, vegetables.
