kefir 1.0 (grain glass)
soda 3.0 (gram)
walnut 1.0 (grain glass)
sugar 1.0 (grain glass)
butter 100.0 (gram)
wheat flour, premium 1.0 (grain glass)
low-fat cottage cheese 0,6% 100.0 gram (cold processing, baking)
Method of preparation

Nut biscuits —————- In flour add margarine, grated, soda extinguished in a glass of kefir. Knead the dough. Now you need to make a powder. To do this, crush the walnuts, add sugar to them, add melted butter, flour, (you can add cottage cheese if you wish) Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out the first in the form of a circle, sprinkle with powder, (sprinkle the powder not thickly) fold in half, sprinkle again and roll up with sausage. Cut the resulting sausage into pieces. Do the same with the second part of the test. Put the resulting cookies in the oven for 20-30 minutes.

  • Vitamin E possesses antioxidant properties, is necessary for the functioning of the gonads, heart muscle, is a universal stabilizer of cell membranes. With a deficiency of vitamin E, hemolysis of erythrocytes and neurological disorders are observed.
  • Phosphorus takes part in many physiological processes, including energy metabolism, regulates acid-base balance, is a part of phospholipids, nucleotides and nucleic acids, is necessary for the mineralization of bones and teeth. Deficiency leads to anorexia, anemia, rickets.
  • Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
