Method of preparation
Grate the peeled carrots on a fine grater, dip in hot water, add finely chopped potatoes and cook until tender, then rub through a sieve, add browned flour and boil. When serving in the soup, put a mixture of sour cream and raw yolk, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.
