Method of preparation
Peel boiled potatoes, cut into slices. Cut the leeks into small pieces. Fry the potato slices in oil, add the leeks and fry together for 8-10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cut small tomatoes in half. Cut the boiled sausage (200 grams) into slices. Add both to the potatoes. Beat eggs with milk, add salt and pepper. Pour the mixture over the potatoes and fry until thick. Sprinkle with green onions. Cooking time 30 minutes. Amount of food – 4 servings.
