Method of preparation
From flour, 2 eggs, water, 10 gr. Knead the margarine and salt into a tough dough so that it does not stick to the board. Finely chop the cabbage, fry in a pan, then add 2 chopped eggs, parsley, salt and mix. Roll out the dough in a thin layer and cut into squares or rectangles. On each half of such a piece of dough, put minced cabbage, grease the edges with milk or slightly beaten egg white. Cover with the second half of the dough, press the edges and dip for ten minutes in slightly boiling water. Remove with a slotted spoon, drain water, quickly fry in hot fat.
