Method of preparation
Find a small fish 500-700 grams (cod, hake, but salmon is also possible) and boil it. While the fish is cooling, take 2-3 pickles and cut into small cubes. Also do with 3 apples, 3-4 tomatoes. Add the finely chopped onion. Mix everything thoroughly with the fish, separated from the bones and crumbled. Fill everything with sour cream and mayonnaise 50% to 50% of both. Add a dash of mustard if desired.

- Vitamin A is responsible for normal development, reproductive function, skin and eye health, and maintaining immunity.
- Vitamin C participates in redox reactions, the functioning of the immune system, promotes the absorption of iron. Deficiency leads to loose and bleeding gums, nosebleeds due to increased permeability and fragility of the blood capillaries.
