sugar 1.0 (table spoon)
wheat flour, premium 0.8 (grain glass)
chicken egg 2.0 (piece)
table salt 0.5 (teaspoon)
butter 2.0 (table spoon)
cream 0.5 (grain glass)
Method of preparation

Grate the peeled carrots with shavings and simmer in milk. When cool, add salt, sugar, yolks, flour and whipped whites. Pour the mixture with a tablespoon into a frying pan with heated fat and fry on both sides until light brown. Serve with sour cream.
