Ingredients Cabbage Pie
White cabbage | 1500.0 (gram) |
chicken egg | 6.0 (piece) |
mayonnaise | 200.0 (gram) |
cream | 150.0 (gram) |
soda | 0.5 (teaspoon) |
wheat flour, premium | 1.5 (grain glass) |
Method of preparation
Finely chop fresh cabbage (1-1,5 kg), rinse with salt, black pepper and mix with three boiled eggs (chopped, of course). For the dough, take three eggs, 200 grams of mayonnaise, 150 grams of sour cream (or you can just take 350 grams of mayonnaise), 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda and flour, so that the dough is slightly thicker than for pancakes. Grease a frying pan with lard or vegetable oil, put about 1/3 of the dough on it, then add the filling, cover with the remaining dough on top. Put all this in a preheated oven, and after 35-40 minutes you can eat.
