You should eat just like you exercise – cyclically and regularly at specific times. What we eat is also important. It should be remembered that before exercise, you must not eat heavy meals with unimaginably high caloric content. However, after exercise, it is worth providing the body with protein that will be quickly digested and converted into muscle mass, not fats.
