Floating Islands Ingredients

chicken protein 4.0 (piece)
sugar 4.0 (table spoon)
milk cow 1000.0 (gram)
potato starch 1.0 (table spoon)
cocoa powder 2.0 (table spoon)
sugar 2.0 (table spoon)
vanillin0.2 chayn. spoon (cold processing)
Method of preparation

Mix cocoa with 2 tbsp. l. sugar and starch, add 1 tbsp. milk, vanillin, stir. Boil the remaining milk, combine with cocoa solution, boil, cool. Beat the egg whites into a thick foam, adding 4 tbsp. l. Sahara. Boil water in a wide saucepan, put a lot of proteins into it with a tablespoon, not allowing it to boil. Turning the “islands”, keep them in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove with a slotted spoon, spread over portioned plates into which the sauce is poured.
