Method of preparation

Peel the fish, cut into pieces, sprinkle with lemon juice, leave for 10-15 minutes. Finely chop the onions, lightly fry in vegetable oil, add the apples, cut into pieces, simmer for 10 minutes. Salt the fish, place in a saucepan mixed with apples and onions, simmer over low heat, then add sour cream, and simmer for another 10-15 minutes under the lid.
