Ingredients Fish baked with bacon
table salt | 1.0 (teaspoon) |
ground black pepper | 0.5 (teaspoon) |
carp | 1000.0 (gram) |
garlic onion | 6.0 (piece) |
Bay leaf | 1.0 (piece) |
Method of preparation
Carp or any other fish suitable for baking is taken, gutted, washed – every housewife knows what to throw out and what to leave. We cut the fish with not too deep transverse cuts. Cooking swords: finely chop 6 cloves of garlic (in no case press), chop the bay leaf, add salt and black pepper, mix all the ingredients. We fill in the cuts in the fish with bacon, put them on a baking sheet and put in the oven. Bake for 40-50 minutes at 180-200 degrees. Time and temperature depend on the size of the fish, but the main thing is not to dry it out. It can be served both hot and cold.

Fish baked with bacon rich in vitamins and minerals such as: vitamin B6 – 15%, vitamin B12 – 26,7%, vitamin PP – 17,8%, phosphorus – 16,7%, chlorine – 50%, iodine – 17,5%, cobalt – 195%, manganese – 15,1%, chromium – 52,4%
- Vitamin B6 participates in the maintenance of the immune response, inhibition and excitation processes in the central nervous system, in the conversion of amino acids, in the metabolism of tryptophan, lipids and nucleic acids, contributes to the normal formation of erythrocytes, maintenance of the normal level of homocysteine in the blood. Insufficient intake of vitamin B6 is accompanied by a decrease in appetite, a violation of the condition of the skin, the development of homocysteinemia, anemia.
- Vitamin B12 plays an important role in the metabolism and conversion of amino acids. Folate and vitamin B12 are interrelated vitamins and are involved in blood formation. Lack of vitamin B12 leads to the development of partial or secondary folate deficiency, as well as anemia, leukopenia, thrombocytopenia.
- Vitamin PP participates in redox reactions of energy metabolism. Insufficient vitamin intake is accompanied by disruption of the normal state of the skin, gastrointestinal tract and nervous system.
- Phosphorus takes part in many physiological processes, including energy metabolism, regulates acid-base balance, is a part of phospholipids, nucleotides and nucleic acids, is necessary for the mineralization of bones and teeth. Deficiency leads to anorexia, anemia, rickets.
- Chlorine necessary for the formation and secretion of hydrochloric acid in the body.
- Iodine participates in the functioning of the thyroid gland, providing the formation of hormones (thyroxine and triiodothyronine). It is necessary for the growth and differentiation of cells of all tissues of the human body, mitochondrial respiration, regulation of transmembrane sodium and hormone transport. Insufficient intake leads to endemic goiter with hypothyroidism and a slowdown in metabolism, arterial hypotension, growth retardation and mental development in children.
- Cobalt is part of vitamin B12. Activates enzymes of fatty acid metabolism and folic acid metabolism.
- Manganese participates in the formation of bone and connective tissue, is part of the enzymes involved in the metabolism of amino acids, carbohydrates, catecholamines; essential for the synthesis of cholesterol and nucleotides. Insufficient consumption is accompanied by a slowdown in growth, disorders in the reproductive system, increased fragility of bone tissue, disorders of carbohydrate and lipid metabolism.
- Chrome participates in the regulation of blood glucose levels, enhancing the effect of insulin. Deficiency leads to decreased glucose tolerance.
