Method of preparation
Pour gelatin with cold water. Beat the cranberries with a mixer, add sugar. Grate the peeled pumpkin with shavings. Melt the swollen gelatin in a water bath, add to the cranberry mass, mix with the pumpkin, then carefully add the whipped cream.
