Method of preparation
The ham is cut into thin slices, rolled into a cone and filled with ham mousse, covered with a thin layer of meat jelly on top and cooled. When the jelly hardens, a pattern in the form of a net is applied from the softened butter with the help of a cornetic. For mousse, part of the ham is passed through a meat grinder, ground with butter, grated cheese, salt, spices, cream, lemon juice are added and mixed. On vacation, you can arrange greenery.
