edible gelatin 10.0 (gram)
cream 200.0 (gram)
chicken yolk 2.0 (piece)
vanillin 0.2 (teaspoon)
water 0.5 (grain glass)
sugar 3.0 (table spoon)
Method of preparation

Pour boiling water over coffee and let it brew. Pour gelatin with water and leave to swell. Beat the yolks with sugar. Add the strained coffee extract to the whipped yolks and mix until thickened in a water bath. Then add the swollen gelatin and vanillin, mix thoroughly again and cool. Beat the cream, add the cooled cream to them, stir.
