Method of preparation

Cut celery, radishes, cucumbers and apples into strips 3-4 cm long, put in a bowl and put in a cold place. Cut the boiled chilled fish without skin and bones into pieces according to the number of servings, put in a plate, pour over with vinegar and also put in a cold place.
