Method of preparation

Prepared champignons are allowed, cut into slices, heated in butter or margarine, cooled. Hard-boiled eggs, tomatoes and apples (no seed nest) are cut into strips. Ready-made mushrooms are combined with chopped tomatoes, apples, eggs, seasoned with sour cream. When on vacation, you can sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.
