Method of preparation

On a baking sheet greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs, put an even layer of cooked viscous porridge (half of the total mass), then fruits, cut into small cubes, apples and pears without skin and seed nests, plums and pitted apricots. The fruits are covered with a layer of the remaining porridge, the surface is smeared with a mixture of eggs and sour cream and baked. Served with apricot or cranberry sauce
