Method of preparation
Chop the cabbage, put it in salted boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Cool, drain water. Lightly fry the finely chopped onion with 2 tbsp. l. butter, mix with cabbage, add a little water (50 g), salt to taste. Then put in pots and bake in the oven, then pour over sour cream and serve.
