Ingredients Buryat tea

mutton fat 20.0 (gram)
water 200.0 (gram)
green tea (tiled) 4.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Wheat flour is sieved, sautéed on melted finely chopped raw fat and diluted with boiling water to the consistency of boiled cream. Then, pre-prepared, as in recipe 627, strained infusion of green or black tea is introduced and brought to a boil. Ready tea is released both cold and hot, strained from cracklings or unstrained. Tea can be released salted (0,1 g of salt).
