Ingredients Bone jelly

stone berry 1.0 (grain glass)
potato starch 50.0 (gram)
sugar 100.0 (gram)
water 5.0 (grain glass)
Method of preparation

Rub the bones in a bowl with a wooden pestle. Dissolve the starch in one glass of water. Boil the grated berry for 10 minutes in a little water, then strain the berry, bring the broth to a boil and add the dissolved starch to it in a thin stream and stirring continuously, bring it to a boil again. The jelly is good both cold and hot. PS To improve the taste, you can add a few drops lemon juice and a pinch of vanilla and ginger.
