Method of preparation

Put 1,5 tablespoons of granulated sugar, 1 lemon zest and blueberries in boiling water. Cook until tender. Dissolve starch and a few crystals of citric acid in a small amount of water, pour into the soup, bring to a boil, cool. Serve with dumplings cooked separately (flour, milk, eggs, table sugar).
