apricot juice 2.0 (table spoon)
ice cream, dairy 50.0 (gram)
milk cow 0.5 (teaspoon)
Method of preparation

Put 25 g of ice cream in a mixer, and leave the rest on the float. Then pour in the apricot juice, cold milk and beat for 2 minutes so that the mixture froths well. Place the remaining ice cream on top of the cocktail glass before serving.
