  2. Ordinary brandy or cognac – 1 l

Method of preparation

  1. Put the washed sorted berry in a glass jar, pour cognac, close the lid and leave for 2 months in a warm, dark place.

  2. After the specified period, the finished drink is drained and filtered.

  3. Then pour it into suitable bottles, cork tightly and invite guests.

Frozen berry raspberry tincture recipe

  1. Frozen raspberries – 250 g

  2. Diluted food alcohol (70 degrees) – 700 ml

  3. Water – 550 ml

  4. Fructose – 100 g

  5. Ginger – 30 g

  6. Chili pepper – 1/2 pod

Method of preparation

  1. Put the defrosted raspberries in a suitable jar, add pepper and ginger, then pour over with alcohol.

  2. We leave the closed jar for a couple of weeks in a dark, warm place (while it is recommended to shake it from time to time).

  3. Next, strain the liquid and squeeze the pulp into it through thick gauze.

  4. Prepare syrup from water and fructose and mix it well with raspberry alcohol.

  5. Pour the liquid into bottles, cork them tightly, let the drink rest for a week in a dark, cool room, and then safely enjoy the result.

Raspberry jam tincture at home

You should not look on the Internet for recipes for tincture of sour raspberry jam. A sour, fermented or, even worse, moldy product is completely unsuitable for making tinctures.
