Raspberry Jam with Chia Seeds
 

Ingredients: 2 cups raspberries, 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 4 tablespoons of water, 2 teaspoons of honey or other sweetener.

chia seeds I recommend buying here.

Preparation

Fill the chia seeds with water for 10 minutes, then mix with the raspberries and honey in a blender. Jam is ready)
