Rapid Cool, the new coolers

Rapid Cool, the new coolers

For many years now, and if we get nostalgic, since the last century there have been machines or devices, which facilitate our day to day in an amazing way.

This is the case of the great desired of all kitchens, the famous “microwave oven”, which is understandable to us today that it could be missing from the countertop of any professional room or domestic kitchen.

But 50 years later it is the turn of a new ally of speed in tasks and processes in this case of cooling.

British company Enviro-Cool, with the collaboration of Spanish Dymtec, have launched a project-reality, of a new generation of ultra-fast cooling devices.

The machinery has an unusual cold generation capacity that is difficult to compare with any current refrigerator, achieving chill a can of soda in less than 1 minute.

Its powerful rotary motor and at the same time low consumption, manages in 45 seconds to produce a reaction that transfers the cooling effect to the object deposited inside.

The beverages are introduced into a cooling liquid and begin to rotate on an axis to create a vortex that constantly moves their contents without stirring the bubbles and causing effervescence after opening.

We are facing a economic and ecological system, that will allow the storage of liquids at room temperature without the cost of long-lasting cooling, being able to achieve the appropriate temperature on demand.

Savings in costs derived from space and energy consumption, double value for this “Rapid Cool ” which is based on a patented V-Tex technology. that apart from getting the right temperature in moments, it can be chosen and selected according to whether you want more or less cold.

Goodbye to frozen drinks or the bubbles that disappear instantly from our glass when served, because the can or bottle does not have the right temperature.

In the table that we attach below, the cooling times of each object are detailed according to its container and amount of liquid.

The invention is still an advanced prototype that remains too little to be marketed, and with the support of funding from different EU bodies, it is intended that next year it can be part of the objects of desire in any modern kitchen.

For now, the professional sector will be the first to get hold of their services, and the architects of the idea want their real test phase to take place in the commerce and gas stations.

If you want to know more about the architects of this “miracle”, we leave you a link to the v-tex tecnology website so you can complete the information.
