Ingredients
White rum – 45 ml
Maraschino liqueur – 15 ml
Orange juice – 75 ml
Grenadine – 15 ml
Sparkling wine dry – 75 ml
Blue Curacao – 15 ml
Ice – 5-6 cubes
How to make a cocktail
Rum, maraschino and orange juice are thoroughly shaken in a shaker with ice.
Pour through a strainer into a port wine glass.
Now pour the grenadine along the inner wall of the glass at a 45 degree slope.
Mix sparkling wine (champagne) with blue curacao and carefully make the final layer.
Serve with a straw.
