This alcoholic cocktail cheers up not only with a high degree, but also with a beautiful appearance. In recent years, Raduga has become one of the most polarized club drinks in Europe. We will consider the method of its preparation at home.
Due to the different densities of the ingredients, the cocktail is relatively easy to layer with just a little practice. It turns out a colored staircase similar to a rainbow after rain.
Composition and proportions:
- vodka – 50 ml;
- Malibu – 30 ml;
- Blue Curacao – 20 ml;
- Grenadine syrup – 20 ml;
- orange juice – 150 ml.
Classic rainbow recipe
1. Place crushed ice at the bottom of a tall glass.
2. Add grenadine pomegranate syrup (lower red layer), then slowly pour in orange juice (middle yellow layer).
3. To form the top blue layer, mix Malibu liqueur, crushed ice, vodka and Blue Curaçao in a shaker. Slowly strain the mixture through a strainer (strainer) into a glass.
4. Garnish with a cherry, orange or pineapple slice.
5. Drink through a straw without stirring.
