The conferences are promoted from the Association of chefs Euro-touches, and specifically of its Castilian Leonese delegation, and they have the collaboration and sponsorship of the Junta de Castilla and León through your Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
In the forests of the provinces of Soria, Avila, Valladolid, Segovia, Burgos, Palencia, Zamora, Salamanca or León , is the populated and rich mycological activity of our country. The number of species and their variety are incredible and really numerous, so it is important to be able to bring them together in a single event, and especially in the place where they are produced, looking for an unprecedented similarity in terms of local or proximity products. .
For two weeks, from October 31 to November 15, the restaurants assigned to the gastronomic sample, will present in their letters to the visitors a range of recipes and dishes made with different types of mushrooms or fungi, with the only and essential condition of having been collected within the Autonomous Community of Castilla y León.
A total of at least 5 culinary elaborations, will have to cook the more than 200 restaurants that have joined this exquisite and above all sweet initiative, contributing more than 1000 different elaborations.
Recipes, and prizes for tasting a mushroom
Within the activities of the event, the participating restaurants have collaborated, contributing their recipes, for the preparation of a recipe book of mycological elaborations that will surely be the most interesting, being able not only to know but also to make oneself those creations that we cannot taste them .
On the other hand, if we have been able to, go to try one of the establishments, at the moment that we have eaten in two of them, we will be able to participate in the raffle of 10 dinners for two people, which will be held on December 1 and will be will communicate via email to the winners of any of the dinners in Buscasetas restaurants.
We only have to register our presence in the premises and its consumption with the stamp, date and signature of the restaurant on the participation coupon, which we show you in the image.
