For preparation it will be required:

  • 2 kg of mushrooms;
  • 2 st. l. salt (no slide);
  • ¼ tsp cumin;
  • 2 Art. liter. sugar;
  • 1 tsp coriander;
  • 5 peas of sweet pepper;
  • 3 inflorescences of dry cloves;
  • 3 pcs. lavra;
  • 500 ml water.

Preparation:

  1. Soak and clean the mushrooms.
  2. Boil them for 30 minutes over low heat. For flavor, you can add an onion head. After the time has elapsed, drain the liquid.
  3. Add all other ingredients to boiling water, stirring constantly.
  4. Place the waves tightly in jars (previously sterilized).
  5. Pour in the spices and cover the jars with lids.

After two days of salting, the snack can be served on the table.

Advice! If you plan to pickle mushrooms for the winter, then you need to add 3 tbsp. tablespoons of vinegar so that the blanks last longer.

How to quickly and tasty pickle flakes with garlic and currant leaves

There is another quick way to salt the waves. Currant leaves will be the secret ingredient. With their help, the snack will turn out crispy and will have a spicy flavor.

For preparation it will be required:

  • 1,5 kg of waves;
  • 4 things. dry clove inflorescences;
  • 5 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 liter of water (purified);
  • 4 pcs. allspice;
  • 3 Art. l salts;
  • 7 pcs. bay and currant leaves.

Preparation:

  1. Before salting the mushrooms, they must be placed in water for 2 days, and it must be changed up to 9 times.
  2. Drain the water, leave them in a colander to glass the liquid.
  3. Heat purified water in a saucepan.

  • 2 liters of water (purified).

  1. Add salt to boiling water.
  2. Omit pre-prepared mushrooms. Cook for about 10-15 minutes with bay leaf and allspice, stirring occasionally.

  2. Drain the water.

  4. Put volnushki in a saucepan or portioned jars, periodically adding salt and adding chopped horseradish. The fruits should completely fill the container.

  • 4 tbsp. l. lemon essence;
  • 2 tbsp. l. cumin;
  • 50 g dried dill;
  • 4 a glass of salt;
  • 5 pieces. cabbage leaves.

Preparation:

  1. Soak the peeled mushrooms in brine for 5 hours. To prepare it, you need 1 cup of salt and 1 tbsp. l. lemon essence. During this time, the brine should be changed 4 times.
  2. On a separate plate, mix cumin, dill and salt.
  3. Drain the water and leave the fruit on a paper towel for a few minutes to absorb excess water.
  4. Put the fruits on the bottom of the pan with hats down. Their layer should be up to 7 centimeters, then cover it with spices. Lay the last layer of cabbage.
  5. Set the oppression from above so that it covers the entire surface.

  1. You can pickle the product in a deep container (pot or tub).
  2. Arrange half of the leaves and apples on the bottom of the pan, salt.
