Quick Operations in Excel

Use paste Special (Special Paste) > Surgery (Operations) to quickly perform mathematical operations on ranges of cells in Excel.

  1. Select cell D3.
  2. Right click on it and then click Copy (Copy).
  3. Select a range A1: B8.
  4. Right click and then select paste Special (Special insert).
  5. Press Musticky (Multiply).

Note: You can also divide, add or subtract the value.

  1. Press OK. All values ​​will increase by 10 percent.

Note: Without this option, you would have to create a time range with formulas that multiply cell values A1: B8 on 1.1and then replace the range A1: B8 formula results by inserting only the values.
