You can cook such a dish according to different recipes. Potatoes can be everyday or festive, stand on their own or serve as a side dish.
To do this, you need the following ingredients:
peeled potatoes;
seasoning for potatoes – to taste;
salt – to taste;
cumin – to taste;
vegetable oil – a few tablespoons.
Cut the raw potatoes into 1 cm thick slices.To remove excess moisture from them, pat them dry with a paper towel. Pour some vegetable oil into a bowl and then add the chopped potatoes. Stir the slices so that the potato slices are evenly coated with oil. Pour salt, cumin, seasoning there to taste. Mix everything again with your hands.
Use a greased or lined baking sheet. Put potatoes on it in one layer. Place it in the oven for 10 minutes at a temperature of 100–180 ° C. For a golden brown crust, increase the oven temperature at the end of the cooking process. Be careful, however, that the baked potatoes do not burn or get very dry.
Potatoes baked with cheese
To make baked potatoes with cheese, you will need:
1 kg of potatoes;
5 cloves of garlic;
100 g of fresh cream or sour cream;
100 g of gouda cheese;
nutmeg – to taste;
ground black pepper – to taste;
salt – to taste;
some chopped greens.
After boiling the potatoes in their skins, let them cool, peel and cut them into thin slices about half a centimeter thick. Take out a baking dish and spread the chopped garlic over the bottom. Place the potatoes on it, lightly pepper and salt, then sprinkle a little with nutmeg.
Mix cream or sour cream with grated cheese, then pour over the potatoes evenly with this mixture. Bake it in the oven until golden brown at a temperature of about 100 ° C. Sprinkle the cooked baked potatoes with herbs.
To prepare this dish you will need:
8-10 potato tubers;
the head of onions;
100 g sour cream;
3 cloves of garlic;
fresh dill;
and of course the foil.
Wash the potato tubers very thoroughly, wrap each in foil and bake in the oven until tender. Make a cruciform cut on the cooked potatoes directly through the foil. Then mash the pulp by sticking a fork into it and making several turns.
Mix chopped garlic with sour cream. Chop the onions finely and fry in vegetable oil. Spread the foil slightly apart, put a little fried onion in the middle of each potato, then pour the cooked sour cream sauce and sprinkle with finely chopped dill.
To prepare this dish you will need the following ingredients:
potatoes of the same size – 10 pieces;
vegetable oil – 1 st. l .;
salt – to taste;
garlic – optional;
dry herbs to taste.
Place the peeled potatoes in a container of cold water. After a short time, cut the potatoes lengthwise into 4 pieces. Putting them in a plastic bag, pour in vegetable oil, add dry herbs and salt. If you wish, you can also put a garlic clove in it, passed through a press. After inflating the bag, twist its neck. Shake the bag so that the spices and oil are evenly distributed over the potatoes.
Take a baking sheet, cover it with foil and place potato wedges on it. Place all this in an oven preheated to 100–110 ° C. Bake the dish until tender and golden brown.
This recipe does not require any additives to enhance or add flavor to baked potatoes in the oven. Cooked potatoes will be a dietary dish, useful in the period of diseases of the gastrointestinal tract or simply for weight loss.
You will need potatoes of the same size in the required amount for the number of eaters. Rinse it very thoroughly using a brush.
