Medics on duty in night and holiday health care units, who take care of patients after the primary health care clinic is closed, and on weekends and holidays, are also entitled to do so. The National Health Fund reminds that if we suspect that our poor health is caused by the coronavirus, we can use the online form available at gov.pl/dom. It enables self-commissioning a COVID-19 test. Based on the answers provided, the system assesses whether there is a risk that we have contracted the coronavirus. If it turns out that we should do a diagnostic test, we can sign up for a smear online, using a trusted profile or order an interview with a Home Medical Care consultant who will order the test. This tool also allows you to save your child for a swab.
