Signeous or symptoms

Describe and locate the victim’s symptoms to paramedics.

Quantify the pain by asking the victim to measure it on a scale of 0 to 10 (0 representing no pain and 10 representing unbearable pain).

Qualify the pain (stabbing, heaviness, punch, burning, localized, extended, pulsating, etc.).

Allergies

Ask the victim if she is allergic to certain drugs or foods.

Medicaments

Ask the victim if she is taking any medications and, if so, which ones.

Pmedical assé

Ask the victim about their health problems and medical history (diabetes, asthma or family history of stroke or cardiac arrest).

Lunch

Ask the victim what was the time of their last meal, how much they ingested and what they ate.
