Question to the expert: “It is not sex that excites, but “communication” with a vibrator”

Erotic fantasies during masturbation or sexual intercourse are as normal as sexual relations and masturbation themselves. A lot of people, and even couples, need “visions” because they enhance the effect of excitement and the resulting pleasure.

“During masturbation, I imagine myself masturbating, and such “visions” excite me. Also, very often during masturbation, I imagine that it is not a penis that penetrates me, but a vibrator, and this also gives me pleasure (acts exciting). Just in case, I note that I have sexual experience, but it is not as prosperous as we would like. Are such erotic fantasies during masturbation a pathology or is this a variant of the norm for me? I am especially worried about what excites not so much sex with a man as “communication” with a vibrator.

“Erotic fantasies during masturbation or sexual intercourse are as normal as sexual intercourse and masturbation themselves. A lot of people, and even couples, need “visions” because they enhance the effect of excitement and the resulting pleasure. In a sense, being alone with our fantasies, we are the most sincere with ourselves. Masturbation is a special form of experiencing loneliness. The ego, the body and the images that come to mind harmoniously pursue a common goal – to enjoy, relax, take care of yourself. It is unlikely that fantasies about vibrators indicate any difficulties in interpersonal and intersexual relationships. Fantasies about the penetration of something foreign, which is uncontrollable and has power, or, conversely, is very well controlled and subject to your power, can be exciting for many. So you are not alone in this.”
