- adults weighing more than 75 kg: 1000 mg;
- adults weighing less than 75 kg: 750 mg;
- children from 2 to 6 years of age: 250 mg;
- children from 6 to 12 years of age: 500 mg;
- adolescents after the age of 12: 750 mg.
