Pushups in the slope — technique of the exercise:
- Stand in front of a bench or any sturdy elevated surface (the higher the surface the easier it will be to execute push-UPS). Put your hands on the surface slightly wider than shoulder width.
- Legs retract and observe the emphasis on the socks as shown in the image.
- Perform a push-up, fully straightening the arms, they should be perpendicular to the body. During the movement keep your body straight.
- Slowly and controlled lower yourself until your chest touches the surface.
- Repeat as many times as necessary.
