Pushups in the slope — technique of the exercise:

  1. Stand in front of a bench or any sturdy elevated surface (the higher the surface the easier it will be to execute push-UPS). Put your hands on the surface slightly wider than shoulder width.
  2. Legs retract and observe the emphasis on the socks as shown in the image.
  3. Perform a push-up, fully straightening the arms, they should be perpendicular to the body. During the movement keep your body straight.
  4. Slowly and controlled lower yourself until your chest touches the surface.
  5. Repeat as many times as necessary.
