Pure dew (“Chistye Rosy”)

When they say about a drink: “Pure as dew”, this means the highest degree of praise. This is exactly what manufacturers strived for – to emphasize naturalness and quality, which are the main criteria for the product. This is one of the first Russian vodkas with the designation Organic. Each stage of production corresponds to the European certificate of biostandards AbCert AG.

Pure Dew vodka is produced in limited quantities due to the special requirements for wheat for organic vodka and the soil on which it grows: the land is prepared for sowing in a special way, without being subjected to chemical attack. In 2015, Chistye Rosy at ProdExpo received gold in two categories at once – “Super-Premium Segment” and “Discovery of the Year”.

The main qualities of organic products

They are produced without the use of environmentally damaging technologies.

Wheat and other grains or plants used in the drink recipe are grown away from industrial centers without agrochemicals.

The composition of drinks does not contain genetically modified products and organisms, as well as their derivatives.

There are no chemically obtained preservatives, inorganic dyes, artificial flavor stabilizers in ready-made drinks. But minerals, biologically active and nutrients, as well as vitamins are 50% more than in ordinary ones.

About the manufacturer

The Saransk Wine and Spirits Factory was built at the end of the 1898th century by decree of the Minister of Finance of the Russian Empire, Prince Sergei Witte. On his initiative, in 350, the reform of the alcohol industry began, and in six years XNUMX small, similar wineries were built in the country.

The walls were erected on the outskirts of the then small town, but over time the plant moved almost to the center of Saransk, only the warehouses remained outside the city. This situation exists even today, although the enterprise has experienced fires three times during its existence, destroying buildings and equipment almost completely.

The first vodka was produced at the plant in 1903, and until the events of 1917, production was only increasing. And during the revolution and the civil war that followed it, the enterprise was first plundered, then set on fire along with the remaining equipment. The revolutionary government was not up to the factory in Mordovia, so the territory remained abandoned until the 30s.

In 1935, a school for working youth was opened on the site of the plant, and the remains of the equipment were transported to an abandoned storage yard in the city center. The equipment turned out to be quite serviceable and the production of vodka was resumed. By the beginning of World War II, the plant was already operating at full capacity, and this continued until the 60s of the last century, when the production was reconstructed.

In 1963, the government of the Autonomous Republic of Mordovia issued a decree on the creation of a plant on the basis of the Saransk winery – 6 more small distilleries were attached to the enterprise.

Since 2005, the former plant has the status of a limited liability company “LVZ Saransky” and today is one of the largest enterprises in the Russian vodka industry.
