For cooking, you will need the following ingredients:
peeled pumpkin – 1 kg
peeled apples – 1 kg
granulated sugar – 1 kg
lemon – 1 pcs.
water – 2 cups.
First of all, you need to wash the pumpkin, apples and lemon. You can cut into small pieces, or you can grate on a coarse grater. Then pour water into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Pour sugar, but not all, but half of the total volume. After the sugar has dissolved, cook for another ten minutes. Now you can load the main ingredients into sugar syrup. Squeeze out lemon juice. Slowly stirring, wait until the ingredients settle, and boil for another 5 minutes. Set aside for 6 hours.
After the specified time, cook the jam for another 7 minutes, bring to a boil. Set aside for 5-6 hours and cook for 15 minutes two more times. There should be three approaches in total. Determining readiness is simple: you need to drop hot syrup on a cold knife – if the drop does not spread, then the jam is ready.

To prepare, take:
- pumpkin – 400 g;
- apples – 400 g;
- lemon – 1 pcs .;

Cut the pumpkin lengthwise and remove any seeds and soft fibers that it contains, then cut off the skin. Cut the pumpkin into small cubes and place in a saucepan. Now it’s the lemon’s turn. The juice must be squeezed out, and the zest is best grated. But the whole lemon is no longer worth it – ⅓ is enough. Squeeze the lemon juice into the jam and boil for another 1 minute. Remove from stove and cool.

To make delicious jam from nuts and pears, prepare the following products:
- pears – 2 pcs.;
- apples – 500 g;
- peeled pumpkin – 500 g;
- crushed nuts – 2 tbsp. l.;
- sugar – 1 kg;
- water – 250 ml;
- vanillin – to taste.
Technology of preparation:
- Cut pumpkin into small equal pieces. Sprinkle with sugar, mix and refrigerate overnight.
- Pre-covered with a lid.
- Peel the pears and apples and cut the core, cut into slices.
- Add chopped fruits, crushed nuts to the pumpkin and cook over low heat.
- Remove the pan from the stove as soon as the future jam boils.
- Do not touch the jam for 3 hours, put it to cool.

For preparation it will be required:
- sugar – 750 g;
- 500 g of pumpkin pulp;
- 250 of sweet and sour apples;
- dark cocoa – 75 g;
- 1 drop of peppermint oil;
- dry mint – 2 tsp;
- 35 ml vanilla tincture or cognac.
How to make jam:
- Take apples and peel them, cut into cubes. Also cut the pumpkin. Combine everything and sprinkle with sugar.
- Add the specified amount of vanilla tincture. Mix and let it brew well. Wait until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Put on the stove, boil for 1 minute. Set aside and cool the jam.
- Repeat this procedure two more times.
- For the third time, remove the pieces from the resulting syrup and transfer them for a while to a separate container.
- Add dry mint to cocoa and stir. Introduce this mixture into the syrup, but very carefully. Beat with a blender or mixer.
- Boil and hold for 2-3 minutes over low heat, stirring with a spatula.
- Pour in the previously laid out pieces of pumpkin and apples and boil for 1 minute, then add 1 drop of mint oil. Mix everything, pour into jars.
With almonds
To make pumpkin and apple jam with almonds, you will need to prepare the following simple ingredients:
oranges – 2 pcs.;
peeled almonds – 100 g;
apples – 3 pcs.;
pumpkin pulp – 1 kg;
sugar – 1 kg.
Technology of preparation:
- Cut fruit into slices and pumpkin into cubes. To mix everything.
- Soak almonds in water for 20 minutes. After that, remove the skin from the almonds and chop the kernels with a knife.
- Beat apples and pumpkin with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add orange zest and finely chopped almonds.
- Sprinkle with sugar and mix.
- Put on the stove and cook until the jam becomes thick.
