Method of preparation

Grate the peeled pumpkin on a fine grater, add curdled milk, flour, salt, egg yolks, soda on the tip of a knife. Carefully mix the whites, whipped into a thick foam, into the mass. Fry browned pancakes in boiling oil. Serve hot with sour cream.
